Deliverables included User Guides, Quick Start Guides, and Reference Guides.  Documentation was developed as a single source (in RoboHelp X5) and delivered in HTML Help (.CHM), Web-based Help and as print-based documentation (MS Word and Adobe Acrobat).

Designed, co-ordinated and delivered the PQC User Guide and accompanying instructor-led training. Liaised with a wide range of stakeholders and co-ordinated extensive review cycles.
